3. Social Media Account Access

Sharklish connects to third-party platforms only with your explicit permission.

• You can connect or disconnect your accounts at any time
• We request only the minimum permissions required
• We perform actions only when explicitly initiated, approved, or scheduled by the user

4. Use of Platform Data

Sharklish only uses data obtained from connected platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) to provide core functionality, including account connection and content publishing.

All data access is limited to the minimum required scopes approved by the user. Sharklish complies with applicable platform policies, including Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and Google API Services User Data Policy.

Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data

Sharklish does not sell Google user data. Sharklish does not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• To trusted service providers and infrastructure providers that are necessary to operate the service, such as secure hosting, storage, and technical infrastructure
• When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
• To protect the rights, security, and integrity of Sharklish, its users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided that such data remains subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections

Google user data accessed by Sharklish is used only to provide and improve the core functionality requested by the user, including authentication and YouTube video upload and publishing.

Sharklish does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purposes unrelated to the core functionality of the service.

Sharklish only transfers Google user data to third parties when such transfer is strictly necessary to provide the user-requested functionality or to comply with legal or security obligations.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Generated videos are stored securely for user access
• Users can download or delete their content at any time
• Users can request account deletion
• Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service

We do not store passwords for third-party services.

Sharklish offers one-time payments. We do NOT store payment card details. Payments are handled securely by third-party payment providers.

Sharklish is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.
